We use fresh hard-shell jumbo crab, lightly coated in cornstarch and fried to crispy perfection while keeping the meat tender and juicy. It’s then stir-fried with our signature spicy sauce, dried chilies, and Sichuan peppercorns, finished with a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Gloves are provided—but trust us, you’ll want to lick your fingers clean. After all, “Xi-zhi” in the dish’s name means exactly that in Chinese!
