Party Tray Ordering Policy

Sichuan Impression Party Trays are perfect for office gatherings, family celebrations, and large group events. Our catering trays feature dishes from our regular menu, freshly prepared and packaged for convenient sharing.

Party Tray orders require at least 48 hours advance notice.

Party Tray Information

Our Party Tray dishes come directly from our regular menu and are served in half-size catering trays.

Prices are the same as dine-in. The only difference is that each dish requires a minimum quantity per tray.

Minimum Order Per Tray

Small Dishes - 5 orders per tray

Examples:

Medium Dishes - 4 orders per tray

Large Dishes - 3 orders per tray

• Sweet Potato and Taro Ball - 10- 12 orders per tray (approx. 50 - 60 pieces)

• Wok-Fried Spicy Crab - 2 orders per tray

• Signature Braised Duck - 1 whole duck per tray

Orders are packed in standard takeout bags for easy transport.

A 10% packaging & service fee will be applied.

Delivery

If delivery is needed, we can help arrange a third-party driver.

Delivery fees will be quoted separately based on distance.

Ordering & Payment

You may text us to request our digital Party Tray menu and select your dishes.

Once your order is confirmed, our team will generate a secure checkout link for payment.

• Full payment is required at least 2 days in advance

• Credit cards are accepted

• An electronic invoice will be automatically emailed after payment

Pickup Information

Please arrive at the scheduled pickup time provided in your confirmation message.

For large catering orders, we recommend bringing a vehicle with adequate space for safe transport.

Order Changes & Cancellation

• Order changes must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

• Orders cancelled within 48 hours of pickup may not be eligible for a refund.
